Improvements
Translation: Disable Google Chrome automatic translation
Since some users use the automatic translation function in the browser, some specific designations are displayed incorrectly in the se:connects app. With this version, text content of the app is no longer automatically translated and is therefore no longer displayed incorrectly.
Improved booking process for Teams function
With this release, the booking process for teams meetings has been optimized.
If rooms that are not integrated into Office 365 are booked with the Teams Meeting option, an error message will be issued and the booking cannot be completed with the selected Teams function.
Support sub team hierarchy
With this release it is possible to have virtual sub teams, that also can be used to regulate object permissions. In the past it was only possible to have a virtual Team that was used to manage grouped users without the option of having subgroups.
This example, should show the possibilities of subgroups hierarchy:

- KBC Graz - Entwicklung Abteilung
- KBC Graz - Entwicklung Abteilung - Testers
When you are a member of Testers group, you would be eligible to book a WP/room assigned to your team as well as to Entwicklung or KBC Graz.
Imort of hierarchy based AD groups
In the past the AD synchronization already enables the import multiple AD groups, which name matches an specific expression. With this release the synchronization is also importing relations between groups. So even the child groups and its users are synchronized, presuming that the group name is meeting the defined expression for group synchronization.
Fixed Bugs
This version implemented some general improvements and bug fixes in the app frontend.
In particular, these issues have been fixed:
- Wrong display of object status in booking function, when using different tabs, was fixed.
- App response messages/Websocket communication were partly technical and not understandable for the user.
- Wrong behavior in the booking time setting “All day booking” has been fixed.
- Problems with displaying user details have been fixed.
Users without filled in first and last name were displayed as incognito users.
- The problem that filter settings in the user profile did not match the filter settings in the object booking interface for room bookings has been improved.
- The AD synchronization issue, when making changes to the group, was fixed.
