Increase text characters for sehub sharing
With this release it is possible to enter notes with up to 1000 characters.

Retrieve booking details of room bookings
By clicking on the avatar symbol of a booked room it is possible to see information about its booking time and organizer.

Disable map rotation
Due to compatibility problems with multi-touch on iPhones, the card rotation function has been deactivated.
Unified cursor for clickable elements
In new version the mouse cursor of your PC/MAC browser will be the finger pointer symbol when reaching clickable elements in the se:connects app.

Changed rule with workplace bookings generated by ownership
Workplaces with an assigned owner are automatically booked for that specific assigned user.
If this user wants to book another workplace for overlapping period, the ownership booking will be automatically deleted.
The previous version allows it, to have two workplace bookings for the same time.
If this function is required the user need to have the role “Multiple WP booking”.
Room booking with MS Teams option
With this release there is the possibility to activate MS Teams option for room bookings.

This options is providing a Teams link that is available in the bookings details.

This is an optional function that must be requested via seconnects@sedus.com.
New types of notifications
Parking booking expiration
These type of notification informs the user, if his parking booking is about to expire.
This notification is send 30 minutes before expiration.
Initial setting is set to Push, but Users can change it subsequently in notification preferences.
Assistance booking notification
This notification informs the user, if an assistant (User with permission Book as someone else) creates a booking for him.
Initial setting is set to Push & E-mail, but Users can change it subsequently in notification preferences.

Solved Bugs
Correct display of room/workplace attribute filters
With this release only these filter options of workplace and rooms are displayed in the app that have been set in tenant code.
If there is no attribute defined in the tenant code there are no filter options visible in the app.
Previously all attributes that were defined in device type have been displayed.

Enable “+” character for passwords
With this release the character "+" can also be used for passwords.
Visibility of floors for user with access permission only for rooms
The problem, that if a user only have permission to rooms, they were not able to see the associated floor, has been solved within this release.
Deleting permission for room booking changed for assistant
In previous version the assistant was able to delete bookings, that have been created by someone else. With this version this no longer possible.
Auto-log-out resolved
In 24/7 monitoring app- the problem that user does not remain logged in is solved.
With this release the user stays logged in unless the page weren’t closed.
