The current release includes the following changes and functional improvements.

Notification setting option
With this release user are a able to set notification preferences.
With “Edit preferences” every user is able to change the type of notification for his role based functionalities.
There are four types of notification settings available:
• Push
• Push & E-mail
• None
Initial setting for Locker expiration*, Approved booking and Rejected booking is “Push & E-mail”.
“Push” notification is initial setting for every other function.
To get detailed information about the available notifications, klick on ? symbol.

Booking confirmation reminder
Part of this release is a new notification function. If a workplace reservation must be confirmed by sitting on a chair, if the workplaces are sensor equipped, or by scanning a QR code, a notification will be sent by mail, 5 minutes before the time limit for confirmation expires.

Auto select parking slot
From now on, a parking slot is automatically selected if the option “Whole day parking” is activated.
With the precondition there is a parking slot available.

From now on it is possible to retrieve the detail information of the actual release with the provided link in the “App information”.

Password reset URL
For resetting the user password there is a specific URL available now. It can be used to navigate users directly to reset password page.
To provide the password setting URL, klick on “Set new password” and copy the URL from the address line.

Bug solving
Scaling for map upload improved
Due to a new scaling function in map upload, there was a problem, that if there was a map uploaded smaller than 4096 px on IOTA, a shifting of the map occurred, if the map was exchanged.
This problem was solved with this release.
Workplace details in find a colleague function
With the new version the workplace name and number is displayed instead of the workplace ID when using the find a colleague function.
