The current release includes the following changes and functional improvements.
Meeting invitation for externals and enhanced room booking process
This feature enhances se:connects by enabling users to invite external participants to meetings through email. External participants receive meeting details, including the Teams Conference ID. In case of meeting cancellations, notifications are also sent to external participants. Furthermore, the home office status of invited internal participants will be taken into account when it comes to meeting room suggestions, ensuring that the room capacity aligns with the total number of participants present in the office. Improvements have also been made in conflict notifications. If a meeting date conflicts with the calendars of internal users, the organizer receives a conflict notification.
External AD Users should be able to use se:conencts
This new functionality in se:connects provides the possibility to actively allow the synchronization of external Active Directory (AD) users, including guests and partners.
These users are able to use most functions in se:connects, only functions that are based on exchange calendar access (e.g., owner of the workplace) are not supported.
Cancelation mail for catering in se:connects
This new automation enhances the catering process in se:connects.
From now on, caterers are promptly informed when a meeting with an active catering order is canceled. This will be achieved through automated email notifications with customizable text, providing caterers and users with the necessary information.

Detail of catering order are not listed in the notification e-mail
The translation process was causing issues in the catering notification.
It happens that details about the catering order weren't delivered properly.
With this release, that issue is fixed, and the notification works correctly.
