Adjustable room attribute filter
With this release it is possible to set individual attributes for rooms.
All YesNo Attributes from object type “room” can individually be added to room attributes in tenant configuration.

To have a better overview between room and workplace attribute in the App, the color of the top bar of each section is kept in a different color gradiation.

Customers using the theme editor are also able to change the color of this bar by changing the color code in “ion-color-light”

Additional permission role for recurring booking option
Due to the fact that some se:connects function are paid extensions, functions like recurring booking need a specific user role to be able to use such feature.
With this release the role “recurrent booking” is available.

Room and Workplaces visible in 24/7 Map
From now on in 24/7 monitoring map the status of all rooms AND workplaces were displayed together on one floor map.

Auto release feature on workplace level
To avoid that booked but not used workplaces block resources there is the option to set a time limit within bookings need to be confirmed by scanning a QR-Code or by sensor detection.
Till now it was only possible to set this time on building level, where the same time was set for all workplaces. With this release this can be set on workplace level. That means that each workplace can have its individual time limit.
The field “Unused booking expires after (minutes)” is determining the time limit for booking expiration. To use this function you have to be aware of, that on building level the set value need to be greater than 0. If the value workplace level is 0 the auto release functionality is disabled for only that one workplace.
