New feature „Webex Room Navigator“ available
With this release, the current room environment conditions such as temperature, humidity, air quality and noise level, provided by the Webex Room Navigator, can be displayed in the se:connects app.
During the meeting room booking process and under the booking details, this information can be implemented as shown below.
To activate this function please contact the customer support, so the required settings can be coordinated.
Improvements of booking management
- The booking ID in the booking overview is no longer displayed
- From this version it is possible to delete multiple bookings of workplaces, rooms and parking places at once by marking it
• Now it is also possible to delete bookings out of the booking details
Improvements of se:hub booking management
More detailed se:hub – sharing e-mail. The details of the booking information have been extended with name of user that is sharing the access code as well as the locker and se:hub name.
With this release it is possible to add detailed information about a locker booking.
Info text with up to 100 letters is possible.
Manage user access to buildings and floors
With this release it is possible do define what user is able to access a certain building or floor.
Users can only see those buildings and floors for which they are authorized to make bookings.
To use this function it is required to have defined user groups allocated to the objects. The groups can be set up in Active Directory or have them created manually by KBC support.

Fixed Bugs
The following bugs could have been fixed with this release:
- Problem with weekday translation in se:connects calendar has been solved
- The issue that apply button was not visible on old iPhone devices was resolved with this release. Now you can swipe up the calendar view to see the apply button
