Dear se:connects users
Due to a change in calendar data synchronization in Outlook and the se:connects app, there was a problem that room booking entries that could not be read in the synchronization cycle were incorrectly interpreted as deleted. This resulted in the user being notified of the supposedly deleted room booking.
This was done repeatedly until all data from Outlook and se:connects could be synchronized without errors.
This usually happens in the background, unnoticed by the user, but due to the change there was a user notification, which led to confusion.
The problem has been resolved and your meeting participants should then only receive a notification if a room booking has actually been deleted in Outlook.
