Parking management full
With this optional function user are able to book parking place independently to workplace or room booking. A parking place can be chosen from a map on a specific parking area and parking floor.
For this function there is an separate icon in the se:connects app available.

The activation of this function in the tenant configurations need be requested individually.
Only user with the prober permissions are allowed to use this function.
Early check-in function
With this optional function it is possible to check in to bookings that need confirmation by QR-Code scanning or sensor recognition, before the booking time even started.
This function can be configurated in the tenant appSettings qrCodeBooking/earlyCheckInMinutes.
It is now possible to set a number of minutes. Number of minutes means how far ahead it is possible to confirm a booking. 60 minutes is set as default.
Parking management lite
With this release there is an optional function “Parking management lite” available.
This function is an extension of the “bookParking” function, that provides only sliders for “reserve parking slot” and “Whole day parking”.

The “Parking management light” allows users to book a parking place in course of its workplace or room booking by selecting the parking area which can be chosen from a list, which also shows the number of available parking places on it.
The activation of the parking place function in the tenant configurations need be requested individually.
Tenant administrators then are able to allocate the adequate permissions to the individual user.

Change password setting option in user profile
With this release there is an password changing function added to the profile setting options.
User of tenants that are not using Active Directory have now the chance to change the password directly in the profile settings.

Avatar image synchronization
With this release, the profile picture of the users domestic profile is also synchronized by Active Directory and will be displayed in the avatar icon of the se:connects app.

Year-selection option in calendar
With this release, the time-picker also provides the option to select the year of a specific time a booking should take place.

"Bug-Fixing"
Cursor appearance on secondary Logo
If the cursor of the mouse was moved over the secondary logo it was displayed as clickable feature.
Therefor the mouse symbol in this area was changed to “not clickable”

System mail address displayed in booking information
If a outlook generated room booking was created by someone who is not synchronized in seconnects, a system email address was displayed in the booking details.
With this release the organizer will be displayed as “User invisible”.

Earlier Reminder of booking expiration
In the past the reminder of expiring workplace bookings has been sent out five minutes before the booking expires.
With this release the time span has been extended to 15 minutes.
Automated deletion of multiple room bookings
If a user books two meeting rooms on the same day and deletes one of it subsequently, all bookings of this user on the specific day has been deleted automatically.
With this release that problem is solved.
